1. What This Website Is

This private reference site has no government connection. It does not store official criminal records or obtain records, perform official checks, or submit filings for users.

Its function is to identify Lanier County custodians, including the sheriff, criminal courts, GBI's Georgia Crime Information Center, and the Georgia Sex Offender Registry, and to provide access to outside research tools.

2. Rules for Using This Site

As a condition of access, you must not:

• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means on the pages
• Violate any applicable local, Georgia, or federal law
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or information
• Use site information to stalk, threaten, or harass another person
• Use content for employment, housing, credit, or insurance decisions
• Interfere with performance or another visitor's access

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

Site or linked-tool information may not be used to stalk, intimidate, harass, threaten, or discriminate, conduct that may also violate law. Georgia Sex Offender Registry data is supplied for public-safety awareness and must not be misused for vigilantism, employment blacklisting, housing discrimination, or action against a registrant. Georgia criminal-history dissemination is governed by O.C.G.A. § 35-3-34, and restriction and related correction procedures by O.C.G.A. § 35-3-37.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and create no credit report, background check, or consumer report. Neither the site nor its advertisers provide tools designed to evaluate applicants, tenants, insurance risk, or credit. Information here or in a linked tool must not be used to:

• Decide whether to hire or fire someone
• Screen potential renters or housing applicants
• Judge creditworthiness or set insurance premiums
• Determine who qualifies for licenses, permits, or government programs
• Do anything else that falls under FCRA rules

For an FCRA-covered purpose, use an FCRA-compliant screening company and follow any applicable official process through the GBI's Georgia Crime Information Center.
